Riga Technical University (RTU) has launched a new master’s program called “Management of Smart, Resilient, and Interconnected Systems” (MERIT). It was developed by RTU’s Faculty of Computer Science, Information Technology, and Energy in collaboration with Riga Business School (RBS).

On 13 December 2024, the Digital Innovation Zone (DIZ) marked its 5th anniversary with a grand event titled “5 Years of DIZ: Reflections and Directions”, held in Iasi, Romania. This large-scale celebration brought together approximately 80 participants, including representatives from higher education institutions (HEIs), technology providers, chief technology officers (CTOs), researchers, and communication specialists.
