Challenge description:
In an increasingly digital world, access to technology and digital literacy skills are crucial for social inclusion, economic opportunities, and overall empowerment. However, different target groups and persons face different barriers in acquiring these skills. This limiting their ability to fully participate in the digital economy.
The challenge is to develop innovative idea that could address the digital skills gap among different target groups. The solution should take into account to which target group the person belongs, what are his or her current skills in ICT. The initial data gathering about the person should not be complicated and requiring execution of multiple tests. More advances technologies, including gamification, reinforcement learning and other ideas should be integrated.
Based on the estimated user profile, the learning material would be provided to assure smooth, persons personal features and already obtained set of ICT skills matching course. Be creative and build the path to future studies.
