The fifth MERIThON will take place in Vilnius (Sauletekio av. 11, Central building, 2nd floor) on the 1st – 3rd of October, 2025. In the event we invite everyone eager to dive into Artificial Intelligence (AI) area by proposing new ideas and solutions to existing challenge solving.
If you are able to develop new AI solutions – join and solve technical challenges. If you do not have a deep AI skills – join and present actionable idea, how AI could be applied. Use a chance to collaborate with others, build a team of 1 to 5 members for the challenge solving and at the same time build both personal and professional network. We welcome everyone, who is interested in AI and believe the AI application could change the future.
The initial agenda of the event is the following:
The 1st of October.
- 18:00 – 18:15 EET (in place) – Opening of the MERIThON (with snacks).
- 18:15 – 18:30 EET (in place) – Introduction to the event organization and rules.
- 18:30 – 21:00 EET (in place) – Teambuilding and challenge selection, initial mentoring sessions.
The 2nd of October.
- All day (online) – Teamwork on selected challenges.
- 17:00 – 17:30 EET (in place) – Introduction to idea selling and pitching best practices.
- 17:30 – 21:00 EET (in place) – Team progress monitoring, mentoring sessions, teamwork on selected challenges (with snacks).
The 3rd of October.
- All day (online) – Teamwork on selected challenges.
- 17:00 – 17:30 EET (in place) – Registration to the pitching session.
- 17:30 – 18:45 EET (in place) – Final touches in the presented idea or solution.
- 18:45 – 19:00 EET (in place) – Submission of the solution and its presentation.
- 19:00 – 19:30 EET (in place) – Networking and preparation for the pitches (with snacks).
- 19:30 – 20:30 EET (in place) – Pitches.
- 20:30 – 21:00 EET (in place) – Winner ceremony.
Register to the event and guarantee your place changing the future
The registration closes on the 28th of September, 2025. We invite both participants as well as silent members. Participants will correspond to persons, who team up and solve the selected challenge, pitching it in the end. While if you want to get experience but have no courage to pitch it – become a silent member, who participates in the event but does not take action in the final pitches. Your role could change during the event.
