Initial agenda

The initial agenda of the event is the following:

29th of September.

Preparation session:

  • 9:00 – 12:00 EET (hybrid) – preparation session for gaining needed AI and idea generation knowledge.

    Main session:

    • 17:00 EET (in place) – opening of the MERIThON. Introduction to the event organization and rules.
    • 17:15 EET (in place) – teambuilding and challenge selection.
    • 18:00 EET (in place) – recharging (dinner).
    • 18:30 EET (in place) – team work and mentoring sessions.
    • 21:00 EET (in place) – closing of the first day.

    30th of September.

    Preparation session:

    • 9:00 – 12:00 EET (hybrid) – training session on AI project idea presentation.

    Main session:

    • 16:00 EET (in place) – opening of the second day and second mentoring session.
    • 17:30 EET (in place) – challenge final submission.
    • 18:00 EET (in place) – recharging (dinner).
    • 19:00 EET (in place) – pitching and presentation session.
    • 21:00 EET (in place) – winner ceremony.

    Preparation session are organized as additional training, to get some relevant knowledge and skills, which could be usefull for the MERIThON challenge implementation or career in AI in general. The participation is flexible (everyone can choose when to be in place and what to skip), while pitching session are done only in place and for those challenges, which were submited before the defined deadline.
