Those help to answers clients’ questions, guide in the product search process and other tasks. However not suitable usage of existing technologies might lead to user disappointment and event iteration, if not proper answers, recommendations, in incorrect language will be given. It is important to train the virtual assistant with the e-shop specific data, appropriate language model and estimate clients’ readiness to use appropriate functionality in certain e-shop places.
