Business success is often determined by quality meetings and constructive discussions involving all important stakeholders. In an ideal scenario, such meetings are conducted in an orderly and calm manner. Ideally the leader or meeting organizer manages the discussion and flow of information with ease and grace. However, the reality is often more complicated. Sometimes meetings turn into stormy discussions where participants can beat each other, as a result of which many thoughts remain unheard. As well the line between polite and maybe even ethical behaviour can be stepped over.
This challenge invites to create an idea for a tool, dedicated to manage meetings. It could capture thoughts, and after the discussions would automatically be able to create a summarized protocol. This would present the most important issues discussed, the decisions made and the most important conclusions.
During the idea generation, consider possibilities to extend the tools possibilities and identify meeting plan and participants behavior violations. It could generate recommendations for the meeting organizer or event take over the management of the meeting.
