Raluca Apostol

Position & Company: Co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Nestor.
Expertise: Ph.D. in machine learning, specializing in engaging, developing, and retaining talent in
hybrid work environments.
Experience: Over eight years in team management and people development, ten years in the
software industry and enterprise software consultancy.
Achievements: Y Combinator Alumni, co-founder of ‘Girls Who Code’ Iasi community in Romania,
research referenced by Intel Corporation and LG Electronics.

Prof. Tomas Krilavičius

Position & Company: Dean of the Faculty of Informatics, Vytautas Magnum University.
Expertise: Ph.D. in Hybrid Techniques for Hybrid Methods, with interests in AI, Language
Technologies, and scientific infrastructures.
Experience: Industrial experience with Equinox Europe, Elsis, ElitNet, co-founder of Tokenmill,
Virtualitor, Imint.
Achievements: Board member of Kevin and Infobalt, member of Lithuanian Artificial Intelligence
Association and CLARIN ERIC Centre Assessment Committee, representation of Lithuania at NATO
STO Information Systems and Technologies panel.

Prof. Na Fu

Position & Company: Professor in Human Resource Management at Trinity Business School, Fellow
at Trinity College Dublin.
Expertise: Strategic, digital, and sustainable human resource management.
Experience: Co-Director at Trinity Centre for Digital Business and Analytics, extensive research
output with publications in top-tier journals, secured over €2.7 million in research funding.
Achievements: Global recognition through publications, awards, grants, and collaborations. Featured
in national and international media outlets, frequent keynote speaker at industry and academic events,
respected judge for industry awards, and influential in informing HR strategies and policies through
industry reports.
