Introducing the Inaugural Series of MERIT Project Videos: MERIT Partners’ Insights

We are pleased to introduce MERIT Partners’ Insights, a captivating series of concise videos featuring insights from our partners within the MERIT project. In these videos, our partners will share their valuable perspectives on a wide range of topics directly related to the project’s development.

During our most recent MERIT project meeting, held in Tallinn, Estonia, at the beginning of October, we had the privilege of conducting interviews with four distinguished representatives from within the MERIT project’s partner network. We delved into their expertise to uncover insights into technological trends, the evolving needs of companies in digital workforce training, and strategies for enhancing motivation among all stakeholders to actively participate in the project.

Over the coming weeks, we will present these insightful capsules in a concise and straightforward format.

The series is set in motion with these four engaging videos:

  • Kristo Karjust, from the Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech): How can you merge technology and skills development in the MERIT program to keep students and researchers motivated to be part of it?
  • Ilker Demirkol, from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya – BarcelonaTech (UPC), coordinator of MERIT project: What difference brings MERIT Master’s program for students that will soon be enrolled in this program?
  • Egidijus Pilypas, from Exacaster: As an SME deeply involved in the MERIT project, what specific competences would be helpful for SMEs in short term?
  • Muhammad Imran, from the Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK): What are the trends for the future of work and manufacturing roles that you discovered during the MERIT project?

Stay tuned for these informative and thought-provoking videos, each offering a unique perspective on the exciting developments within the MERIT project.
